As an active mentee in the Peer Mentor Program, I understand that I am expected to: (Please select all)
 Attend the Program kick off event at the beginning of each semester
  Meet weekly with your Peer Mentor every to track your progress through the semester, stay connected and /or attend activities
  Maintain regular contact with their mentor throughout the semester via social media, email and phone
 Attend monthly program events to remain active in the program 
 Follow up with recommended support services as needed to make progress toward your academic and personal goals 
  Meet with the Program Coordinator twice each semester  
 Adhere to all program standards for the length of the program
